Rosé
Danilo 2024 X6
The Danilo Rosé is our most popular wine and a proud winner of a double gold award at Rosé Rocks. The name derives from Frikkie Naudé’s wife, Danila Naudé – a legend amongst the Naudé family.
This wine is a dry but fruity French style Rosé, perfectly blended and balanced with Yonder Hill’s Merlot and Grenache Noir grapes. The Rosé colour was fine-tuned to the very end, to create an attractive but still natural appearance.
The Merlot grapes are picked at a slightly riper stage, capitalising on the fruits intensity, while the Grenache is harvested at a lower sugar level in order to retain freshness.
